I uninstalled the drivers, uninstalled dell command and reset. Using dell command update on auto updatesĭell support agent suggested after a some time to uninstall all usb drivers and reset. Since that laptop doesn't have It's own lan connection, they use type c docking and adapters.Īfter a few days I got complaints about the network disconnecting and no lan connection.Ĭhecking the issue I saw the docking usb network adapter is missing, along with other usb devices connected to the dock.Īfter checking the docking, testing another dell adapter and crossing with another laptop the problem comes surely from the 7420.ģ out of 5 have this issue.
